Breezy requires a copy of your CP 575 (aka SS-4) to authenticate a practice and confirm business details. If you lost your CP 575, you can use the IRS 147C in its place. The 147C is a letter generated by the IRS to confirm your EIN.
If you lost or cannot find your CP 575, you can request a 147C by calling the IRS Business and Specialty Tax line at 1-800-829-4933.
